Making Use of the Available Services.

A non-exclusive, limited, revocable and non-transferable license to access and use the Services is granted by us to you in consideration of your use of the Services. It is our sole discretion and without giving you prior notice that we may modify or suspend any aspect of the Services or add new features or functionality to them, and we will have no liability to you or any third party as a result of doing so. Posting any information that is false, inaccurate, or not your own. Attempting to compromise the Site's or Ciertopolls network security in any way, or using the Services to gain unauthorized access to any other computer system. If you order specific products or place an order through the Services, you acknowledge and agree that additional terms and conditions may apply to your order or your use of specific portions of the Services. These additional terms and conditions may include ordering, shipping, and return policies, as well as membership reward programs. Management of Memberships and Rewards Points.

Members must be thirteen (13) years of age or older, and they must not have been suspended or removed from the Ciertopoll program for any reason at the time of joining. If a survey or study contains questions that are intended for children under the age of thirteen, respondents must obtain parental permission before taking part in the survey or study. The foregoing is not intended to be exhaustive. We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the collection of information from minors. It is possible that additional laws and regulations governing minors will apply to Members who reside outside of the United States.

We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms, and with or without prior notice to you. Membership is null and void in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited by law.

Your earnings are recorded in the form of "points”. 100 points is worth 1.00 USD. With forty-five (45) days' written notice, we reserve the right to change the dollar value of points. This change will be communicated to you through prominent announcements on the Site and elsewhere, including via email. Any such changes will have an impact on points earned in the future, but they will have no impact on points already earned in the past.

Points earned for surveys completed but not yet reviewed are referred to as "pending" points, and as such are not yet redeemable. There is a possibility that this process will take up to six (6) weeks to complete and that the points will be credited to your account. Once they have been reviewed and approved, pending points are converted into "banked" points that can be redeemed immediately. Points can only be redeemed in increments of 1000 points or more.

Additional opportunities include participation in the "Daily Streak," which increases your earnable points while also providing the possibility of earning bonus points based on the number of consecutive days you've logged into your account (the "Daily Streak" bonus). Members' current streak will not be affected by any changes to the point increase percentages or Daily Streak bonus thresholds that are specified on the Site. We offer a variety of gift cards to your favorite stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Most of the time, funds are deposited into your PayPal account within ten (10) business days of the time your request is received. The gift card will be sent to your Ciertopoll Email account within ten (10) business days if you have selected it as an alternative method of receiving the prize.

When redeeming points for PayPal, the point reduction in your Point Bank will reflect the net point redemption plus a surcharge of 2% to cover the PayPal fee. Thank you for your understanding. It is only applicable to PayPal distributions, not to gift card redemptions, that you will receive the 2 percent redemption bonus.

This survey will be invalidated if it does not meet quality standards as determined by the client, and any pending points associated with the specific survey will be removed from your account as a result of this action. You acknowledge and accept responsibility for the fact that you did not fit into the desired respondent pool, the fact that the client reached or exceeded the desired number of respondents, and/or the fact that you did not properly pass a quality check.

After twelve (12) months of not logging into your Ciertopoll account and not engaging in meaningful interaction with the Site through navigation and clicking, you acknowledge and agree that your account may be cancelled or deactivated, and any points you have accrued will no longer be available for redemption, regardless of the amount of balance remaining in your account. You have the option of changing this twelve (12) month period by providing forty-five (45) days' written notice.

In order to be eligible for redemption of earnings from activities on the Site, Ciertopoll requires that you (A) confirm your email address by responding to any email sent to you by the company, and (B) complete a minimum of five (5) surveys, all of which have been validated by another Ciertopoll customer. The following conditions must be met for an online survey to be considered completed: (1) the survey has been legitimately started on the Site, (2) you as a Member have completed the survey, (3) all survey questions have been successfully answered, and (4) you have been successfully returned to the Site following completion of the survey. Members who have not completed requirements (A) and (B) above will be denied the ability to redeem their earned points until both requirements have been met, which may take several weeks. Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, you acknowledge that you are accessing the Services in the capacity of an independent contractor, and that these Terms do not intend or create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and the Company or any of its subsidiaries.

Due to this, you acknowledge and agree that your participation in research is solely motivated by the desire to share opinions and provide feedback, and that any compensation paid to you, including without limitation any points earned on the Site, is not calculated on the basis of time spent by you and is not prorated on an hourly, daily, or otherwise basis.

It is important to note that your participation in research is completely independent of any other party or entity's control or direction, and that you are exercising your own independent judgment and discretion throughout the entire process. In exchange for accepting the opportunity to participate and receiving your earnings, you acknowledge and agree that any consideration paid to you represents a reasonable compensation for your time and effort on our behalf.

When you create or update your Member profile, you agree to notify Ciertopoll as soon as possible of any changes to the information contained in your Member profile.

If found you are in violation with the Terms, Ciertopoll may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time and without prior notice to you. If you do violate these Terms, Ciertopoll may immediately cancel your membership and (ii) terminate your access to the Services, unless you have obtained prior written consent from Ciertopoll. It is Ciertopoll's right to deactivate your membership in the event that I your account have been inactive for a significant period of time; or (ii) Ciertopoll receives an email communication that is a hard bounce, delivery failure, or "mailbox full" notice in connection with an email communication sent to your email account.

With the exception of any content that may be submitted by Members from time to time, we make every effort to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate, up to date, and trustworthy. In some instances, pricing errors, typographical errors, and other errors or inaccuracies may be present in the information that is provided. Purchases by members may also be restricted, and an event or promotion may be revised, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice, including, but not limited to, after an order has been submitted and/or acknowledged, without providing any prior notice.
